Following the breakthrough in cultivation techniques, research on Ganoderma Amboinense’s constituents and its healing effect were carried out. The analysis confirmed that Ganoderma Amboinense contains polysaccharide reaching 30%-50%and is higher than that of ordinary Ganoderma (8%-15%) Grifola frondosa (15%-20%) etc, also, it contains LPS which activates and enliven white cells to further strengthen the immune system, The analysis also showed that the contents LPS + polysaccharide of dried Ganoderma Amboinense reached 43% of its weight .Therefore, Ganoderma Amboinense’s values not only rely on its rareness and shape, but also its highly effective contents and its being observed by all.
